Our
Mission

We believe aging in place should be filled with joy and peace of mind—not fear or uncertainty. Through compassionate guidance, practical safety tools, and meaningful human connection, we help older adults and their families navigate this stage of life with confidence, clarity, and care. Every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered as they continue to grow older—on their own terms, in the place they call home.

My Story

My passion for working with older adults began with my own family. Years ago, my mom said something that stayed with me: “When I get older, I want to stay in my own home.” She wasn’t just talking about a house—she was talking about independence, memories, and the comfort of the life she had built with love. Watching my parents face the daily challenges of aging at home—the balance issues, the fatigue, and the small tasks that slowly became harder—taught me just how critical it is to feel not only safe, but genuinely supported and connected.

Learning how many older adults experience serious, life-altering falls—and how often these are preventable—opened my eyes to a widespread issue that often goes unnoticed. I knew I had to be part of the solution. I became a Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist® to help families recognize risks early, take proactive simple steps, and create safer, more supportive environments where older adults can truly thrive.

But aging well isn’t just about physical safety. I’ve come to understand that social isolation deeply impacts the overall well-being of many older adults—not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Once I understood how deeply falls in the home, loneliness and isolation, and daily struggles were affecting older adults, I knew I had to take action. That’s when I started AgingWELL Senior Home Safety—a service built to support all areas of senior safety and well-being. Whether it’s improving the home environment, functional movement exercises, or offering connection and care, my mission is to help older adults live more safely and confidently every day.
