Many common activities—like standing up from a chair, reaching into a cabinet, or stepping onto a curb—require specific movement patterns. These are known as functional movements, and they are the foundation of independence as we age.
According to the CDC, a majority of adults over 65 struggle with basic actions that once felt automatic. That’s where our personalized, functional movement coaching comes in.

We focus on seven key movement patterns that form the foundation for strength, balance, and fall prevention:
